Short Bio
Dr Dodd is a Research Fellow and Lecturer at the University of Adelaide (Australia) and Honorary Senior Research Fellow, University of Exeter (UK). She earned her PhD with UniSA in 2017 and a Masters of Public Policy and Management with Carnegie Mellon University in 2009. In addition to her academic contribution, Dr Dodd has two decades of project management experience, including intergovernmental reforms valued at $40M and oversight of project teams who have won over $16M in funding.
